Cachaçaria Bitury was born out of the need to bring one of Brazil's greatest riches to family life, to be enjoyed at home and unpretentious. The idea of Mr. Vitor  Alves (1919-1988) developing an artisanal cachaça is an asset of our culture, so he did it, just for his family and friends. but what he didn't know is that his recipe would gain notoriety and flavor. Hence, Cachaçaria Bitury emerged, noticing the potential of its product, today advertised as a very high quality product that loses nothing in relation to other distillates already consolidated in other countries and also here.

Take quality products to customers, being the link with producers. In addition, to contribute to the dissemination and knowledge of the culture and history of Cachaça, allowing everyone, consumers or not, to democratically have access to this cultural asset.
